Thomas has spent the majority of his time in Bolivia providing aid to the victims of "Black October". Having won a $10 million dollar civil suit against the Ex-President of Bolivia for his part in the military firing into a crowd of unarmed Bolivian citizens which resulted in the deaths of 67 and the maiming of 400 others.
