Ben Hunt-Davis is a former British Olympic rower and motivational speaker. In 2000 Ben and his team took home the gold medal at the Sydney Olympics. Since retiring from competitive rowing, Ben has co-authored the book Will It Make the Boat Go Faster?, founded a performance consultancy and helps organizations improve their focus and achieve high performance results.
