About Our Guest:
Lanae Price has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has a wide variety of experience in exercise, weight loss, and behavioral change. She has a bachelor's degree in health education from Utah State University and a master's degree in professional communication from Southern Utah University that emphasizes health and behavioral change communication. Lanae is a certified health coach and fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise in which she has also been a provider of continuing education credits for other fitness professionals. Aside from working in the fitness industry, Lanae has worked for Weight Watchers for 20 years as an ambassador, coach, and coach’s mentor. Helping people live active, healthy, and fulfilling lives is something that brings her joy. Currently, Lanae resides in Southern Utah where she enjoys hiking in the many mountains and national parks that surround her and her family.
