On this episode of the podcast I chat with Jo Bellingham, charity manager for POTS UK.
Jo and I discuss the POTS UK charity and Jo explains what the charity does and how it supports people who are living with POTS. We discuss the treatment options for POTS which includes medications and lifestyle changes.
