- Know exactly what it is you’re lookin to use the data or automations for before you engage an implementation partner

- Remember, you have loads of transferrable skills as an Admin that will help you with Marketing Cloud, the skills to really focus on are the soft skills: communication, understanding your clients’ pain points, digging into feature requests and helping them think through their tools
