Today my guest is Laura Cabral, also known as Lau. Lau is a yoga instructor and holistic health coach based in Puerto Rico. She also runs wellness and yoga events, and is the host of the podcast, Dosis de Juguito. Lau’s mission is to help women become the healthiest, most authentic and glowing version of themselves.
