My name is Lexi Maitland and I have two daughters + farm kiddos, over the last decade of my life I have moved up the ranks from a corporate banking career, but I desired something more than working in corporate. So about five years ago, I took a huge pivot in bootstrapping a start-up solar company managing and scaling to an eight figure business.
