The world has ended (possibly). Resources are scarce (allegedly). Raving bands drive across the landscape, stealing and murdering (well, at least one). This is the world of Wheels of Fire, a 1985 Mad Max rip off with a disturbing amount of sexual abuse. It's not a good movie, guys...but I think you've gotten that by now.
