In order to ‘give’ in relationships, we must first learn how to receive; how to prioritize feeling good.
The importance of finding our way back home to ourselves.
‘Shame Culture’ prohibits us from exploring/experimenting with our bodies.
Performance sex versus pleasure sex.
Whitni’s exercise for reducing inner shame, two columns: What are my limiting beliefs around sex? And, where did these limiting beliefs come from?
Shame is self-judgment and curiosity is creativity.
