Kim grew up immersed in business with her first job at 10, at Paddy's Market's in Sydney with her family business after a glorious childhood, growing up on acreage on the South Coast of New South Wales.

In reflecting on her most challenged stages of life it was returning to work, 3 months after having her first child and facing a crisis of confidence, the confidence to balance out her two important life roles.
