It would be easy to assume that with the vast number of resources available to us today that higher organizational learning should be easily acquired and interpreted. The issue we are seeing in the #futureofwork isn’t the lack of resources, but the ability to control the flow of information and appropriately curate it to be used in the correct direction and purpose.
