Ajahn Brahmali conducts an intermediate/advanced meditation class for approximately one hour.
Ajahn speaks on two methods that can lead to the letting go process to happen naturally during our meditation. At the start of our meditation, we can guide our minds towards what is important and valuable in this life. Also, when we have enough mindfulness and awareness during our meditation to let things be, letting go will happen naturally when the causes and conditions are right.
