Brian Cruver is an accomplished tech entrepreneur who has a son that was getting recruited to play D1 football. Watching the process of his evaluation by coaches, and the process they used to take him through the process, surprised him...it seemed haphazard and disorganized.
On this episode of the College Recruiting Weekly podcast, we talk to Cruver who has launched the new tech tool called Scorability in the wake of his son's recruiting process. It is designed to give coaches a more precise, measured evaluation tool when scouting and recruiting athletes...and it's pretty cool.
Beyond that, he also has some good observations about the process, and what needs to be changed. He'll tell you his thoughts, and outline his new venture, in this episode.
