Delaney started Happy Scampers during a time in her life when she was struggling, feeling alone, and comparing herself to other people on social media. She wanted to create a positive place on the internet for people just like her to come together and share their stories, struggles & resources to support each other. Happy Scampers started as a Facebook group and is now also, a YouTube channel and an online community sharing resources like books, podcasts, products, recipes, workouts (and more) that make mental health relatable & doable.
