Ep 92 - Dave Hippensteel - Secrets To Defying Age From The Fittest Man On Earth

Dave has always been one to be on the cutting edge of the fitness Revolution so when he discovered CrossFit in 2012 he began competing and eventually running his own gym. This began a journey in the CrossFit world that Dave never could’ve imagined.

The CrossFit Games is a worldwide competition and has Masters divisions every five years starting at age 35. Dave has qualified for the games every year for the last 6 years. Dave has won gold medals the last 3 years, 2016, 2017, 2018 which earned him the title of the fittest on earth out of literally thousands worldwide competing for the top spot by winning the CrossFit Games in his age division.

Dave is extremely passionate about competition and has become an inspiration to so many throughout the world helping them believe that fitness truly is possible at any age.
