I recently was told I "SHOULD" all over myself...Initially, I thought, "No I don't shit all over myself." And I quickly realized I do in fact SHOULD all over myself in my own mind, setting myself up for judgment, shame, and unproductive thinking. I look inward with you guys during this week's current mood section and talk about how we can stop "shoulding" ourselves into an anxiety rabbit hole.
