Stephanie is an experienced investor, syndicator, and franchise owner. Her experience in real estate investing began after a divorce and in the midst of a challenging season of life. She didn't let that stop her, however, and her tenacity and resilience are evident throughout her story!

Stephanie is the founder of New Heights Investment Group, where she connects investors with experienced, strategic partners to invest in large apartment communities. She has spent several decades in software product development, as well as over 12 years actively growing and managing her real estate portfolio. It is her mission to share this information with other women to impact their lives for the better.
