This is so important to remember, especially if you’re in a mentor, coach, or leadership position. In this episode, Nina sits down with social worker and coach Crystal Nicole to talk trauma, safety, and God. Crystal generously shares what she’s learned from years in her field about trauma and how when we bring more awareness to it, we can be more gentle and better with each other.

Crystal Nicole is a clinical social worker, certified trauma specialist, and intuitive mindset coach. Crystal works with other leaders and coaches to become more trauma and inclusive informed in their work. Crystal lives in Colorado with her boyfriend and her dog pebbles. She's passionate about supporting others in becoming more trauma informed in their work through inner child healing, nervous system regulation, and inclusivity.
