Sami is a certified relationship and self-love coach who specialises in healing anxious attachment and codependency by helping her clients to reprogram their fear-based beliefs, and to connect more deeply with themselves. She helps people heal anxious attachment patterns, and develop self-acceptance, confidence, and self-trust, so they can achieve emotional freedom and inner peace.
She is originally from Wales, but lives in Thailand, and is currently single and childfree.
