#52. I finally opened up about my mental health story -- from my ED, to college struggles, to the ins and outs, ups and downs of the journey to working on improving my relationship to my mind. My hope is that this episode will help you realize that you are never alone in your struggles, that healing and taking care of your mind is worth it, and that the journey -- in all of its shades of gray -- is always leading you to growth.
If you are looking to get started with therapy, I'd recommend checking out Better Help, Cerebral or Talk Space. I know that finding a therapist can be super hard, but leverage your friends and your network to find one if you can, it's so worth it.
I love you, and feel free to DM me on IG @lunathepodcast @thecarolinalifestyle if this episode resonated, if you want someone to talk to, or if you learned something today <3
xx Caro
Because you're the best, I'd really appreciate it if you could head over to Apple and leave a written review, or to the top of Spotify and leave a lil rating! Would make me so SO happy! Love you so much xx
