This is the Storror podcast’s first-ever debate and it surrounds the YouTube videos of Theo Tanchak, where he uses his knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to analyse posture, technique and dysfunctions from video clips of well-known parkourists.

Debating Theo is Alexis Léveillé who runs an Instagram account called @nobullshitphysio. As his handle suggests, he busts myths and calls out bullshit within physio, chiro, other esoteric practises and the general fitness world, and presents the current scientific evidence to bolster his claims.
