Ruth Farenga is a facilitator, executive coach, speaker and author . She is founder of Conscious Leaders, a consultancy helping ambitious leaders in technology build a calm, collaborative and productive workplace. In 2019, Ruth started the Conscious Leaders Podcast, on which she showcases great people leaders, CEOs and founders who really step up for their employees. Her podcast interviews helped inform her new book, Next Level Leadership, from ReThink Press. In this conversation, we discuss her new book and podcast, what does it mean to be a conscious leader, how 'unconscious leaders' can become conscious leaders, showing emotions at work, with plenty of great tips and insights on how to become a better leader.
