This month we discussed the book "Managing Product = Managing Tension" together with the author Marc Abraham and other Product Managers.
We all shared our main take aways and feedback about the book, and then discussed with Marc about the different kind of tensions, how to handle them, what techniques we can start using and also how are others approaching the natural tension of working in Product Management and working and collaborating with others.
