In today's podcast, which is episode 10, I can't quite believe the podcast is going into double figures already. I am talking about a very personal angle of the Long Covid journey, the emotional impact contracting covid and subsequently Long Covid has had on my children and husband. I have always felt a sense of guilt that I can not protect them from not only covid19 itself but also the life changing impact Long Covid had and continues to have on my family.
I asked my husband and children 5 questions and I am going to share with you some of their thoughts and feelings.
It is not only physically but mentally challenging living with Long Covid, and having conversations can be very difficult but is very important. If you are having difficulty and need support, please reach out to your health care provider to access support.
If you would like to contact me DM julietaylor9545 on Instagram, you can also follow me there. See you on the next podcast, where I will discuss exercise and my experience with Long Covid.
