First up is Sarah Hart-Unger, host of the Best Laid Plans podcast (who was on the show earlier this fall during the week on planning–and who was a big hit). Sarah is a planning expert who generously shared how she goes about new year’s planning and goal-setting, what she factors in when she’s making those plans (including my favorite–energy), and the tools she uses.
