Justin and Taylor share how their own athletic injuries formulated a foundation for them to form a fitness company focused on low impact training designed to build bodies, not break them. They note their rapid growth over only a few years, including starting a 'LIT Lab,' which has been invested in by rapper Jay-Z and other celebrities.
