In today's episode, I sit down with Gavin Smith, who is the school leader of one of the top performing high schools in Massachusetts, Boston Latin Academy.

Gavin and I have crossed paths many times in our efforts to empower students in Boston towards realizing their greatest aspirations and I've always been impressed by his ability to create cool, innovative opportunities for his students to explore the world outside their school through meaningful community partnerships.
