Ep 57: I Can’t Think When My Ankles Are Cold, and Other Temperature-Related Sensory Issues

Fluctuations in temperature are an actual nightmare. I especially hate being cold! Even something as simple as getting undressed to change my clothes in the morning can be a very uncomfortable task. Can the world and everything in it just stay at a reasonable 78 degrees at all times?
