In this Episode Chad and Nick have another great discussion with their guest speaker Jackson Frey.

Jackson Frey is a sports performance coach for GVN Performance in Chicago, IL as well as the head performance coach for the Chicago Jets Hockey Program. 

In this episode we talk about the many accomplishments of Jackson's performance coaching career as well as how he has been able to adapt his training and coaching to optimize the hockey athletes of today.

Jackson also talks about his many mentors throughout his career that have all had an impact on his professional development. One of the main characteristics that Jackson instills with all of the teams that he coaches is culture. "You want to be an extension of the coach. Everything you do. You want that to translate into being a better teammate, being a better team and winning games".

Nick also gets Jackson's opinion on the cardio and building muscle debate that we had back in Ep. 12 lol!!

Moral of The Story…You are never too big to do the little things. Sweep the shed and remember to keep that logo up!
