Sonia C. has had several experiences lately where she has tried to connect with others, only to feel the vibes fall completely flat. When defensive or arrogant energy is swirling around you, it can be impossible to connect with others. But when you're connected to your spirit, it is SO much easier to share yourself and to be interested in others. And if there's no connection after three tries, give yourself permission to walk away guilt-free. Your barking dog is allowed to growl anytime.
