Guys, this week's episode features special guest Ben McLellan. Ben is a husband, father of 3, and a business consultant who helps owners deliver amazing client experiences and become Empowered CEOs. Listen closely as he shares his experiences with using yoga to better understand who he was, who he wasn't, and who he was meant to be. Ben has experience with creating his own yoga and personal training studio, then a Facebook Ads agency which turned into a massive coaching role in another program that eventually led to burnout. He discusses how his wife played a key role in encouraging him to step away so he could take time to focus on getting his priorities right. All the while, he credits self awareness and self leadership in helping him be a better leader of others, which has led him to creating a new thriving business while being the husband and father he's always wanted to be.
