Drowning is the leading cause of death for children between the ages of 1 to 4. It’s the second leading cause of death in children aged 1 to 15. My next guest, Dr. Graham Snyder (Emergency Medicine) grew tired of having painful conversations about the consequences of drowning with grieving parents. He developed the Seal SwimSafe System, which is a monitoring system that alarms parents and other adults if their child is underwater too long. His product has been featured in The New York Times, The Today Show, and Newsweek.
