Tom Kalil has worked at the White House for 16 years, helping to design and launch dozens of Presidential S&T initiatives in areas such as nanotechnology, neuroscience, global health, data science, Grand Challenges, open innovation, and STEM education. Kalil will discuss what he has learned about “policy entrepreneurship” – and why it is relevant to the EA community.
