In today’s episode, Amy chats with Molly McManus, C-IAYT, SE, AHC. Molly is the President of the Board of the IAYT, and co-owner and faculty of Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute. She enjoys her work teaching specialized group classes and trainings, individual YT sessions.
Molly is sought out for her special areas of interest in chronic pain and the conditions of stress in programs she has designed: such as Ayurveda Nourish, Building Resilience with SomaYoga & Ayurveda, SomaYoga for Chronic Pain, Making a Change for Good – 30 Days to Compassionate Self Discipline, The Chemistry of Joy, and Yoga for Stress, Anxiety, and Depression. Molly participates in continuous training and active engagement in her field. Molly's journey includes service on the Accreditation Committee for the IAYT and engagement with national teaching and speaking engagements promoting the efficacy of yoga.
