1. I want to exercise through yoga but I know that some people think any practice of yoga is an act of worship to other gods. What do you think?
2. I feel completely condemned and that God has given up on me. What should I do, how do I know that I have surrendered my life to the Lord?

I know that in the Psalms it says that we should give thanks to the Lord, and I know that this isn't just good advice, but I often feel uncomfortable giving thanks in prayer because I honestly don't feel very thankful. Is this a form of paying lip service and going through the motions or should we practice giving thanks even if we don't feel like it?
