Randy Perkins, from a very young age, developed a fear of failure rooted in the fear of disappointing his parents. That fear lit the fire on his Drivenness, and that fire has been burning just as brightly ever since. As a former athlete, he finds ways in not only his work life but many other parts of his life to compete in all things.
