090: How Your Limited Mindset is Limiting Your Life

Today I am hanging out with my incredible friend, Lori Harder (you just "might" have seen her on the cover a few fitness magazine)! She is sharing how different mindsets can really affect the way you are impacting the world: from the way that you are raised, to the values that have been instilled in you, to the dreams and goals that you are setting for yourself.
