Jake is a TV & Radio broadcaster, best known as the face of Premier League Football on BT Sport. Jake is also founder of Whisper Films and host of the High Performance Podcast. He is based in Norwich, UK.

Jake shares how he overcame the unfortunate and tragic events that shaped his teenage years, the role ‘roots’ and ‘wings’ played and how empathy isn’t just important, it is a superpower.

Throughout a very frank, open and uplifting conversation, Jake reveals how he chooses responsibility over blame, how a positive mindset is a possibility for us all and why the biggest stress in his life is often social media.
