A watchdog raised concerns about McNeil Island. Now she's out of a job

McNeil Island with its beauty and long criminal justice history, is emerging in the news again.

It’s where Washington runs a rehabilitation for people convicted of the most serious sex crimes.

But there has not been consistent watch on how the place is run, and whether the folks in rehab are getting what they need.
