🚀 The Future of Space video podcast is a candid and informal conversation, between myself and leaders, investors, innovators, educators, celebrities, movers, and shakers that are shaping the future of humankind into outer space. Like how two friends would chat and philosophe. With just one thing missing, a glass of wine! 🚀
Today’s guest is Bradford Space’s CEO and co-founder of Zero G Kitchen, IAN FICHTENBAUM.
Bradford builds some of the best propulsion systems in the solar system and has advanced plans for a new class of highly mobile spacecraft. Bradford Space has launched 2,100 products in space.
Zero-G Kitchen is a venture dedicated to building a kitchen in space. It commissioned the oven that baked the first cookies (or first anything) ever baked in space, immortalized in the promotion organized with DoubleTree by Hilton, ‘Cookies in Space’.
Ian and I discuss what Bradford Space is up to, new technologies in propulsion, mobility in space, manufacturing in space and green propellants.
