Core Lesson:
God Put You In a Leadership Position, Own It.
Rob, like many of us, felt a sense of guilt for having people call him the CEO at one point. He didn’t want to have the fancy title. He wanted to do good work.
Eventually, his team told him he ought to lean into it. Now he’s come to accept the situation he’s in. God put him in this role, so it’s okay for him to lean into it. When he does, it helps him stay more accountable to his Faith because he recognizes he’s got more responsibility. He needs to live by example.
All of us can do the same. Whatever leadership role we find ourselves in, lean into it. Take the reins and lead. Lead with Jesus at your side and our Blessed Mother in your heart. Lead with patience, humility, and courage. Use the gifts God gave you and use them well. No burying your talent in the sand.
God Bless & Happy Building!
