The Journey to Oz

The story of 'The Wizard of Oz' follows a girl named Dorothy who, along with her dog Toto, is whisked away by a tornado to the magical land of Oz. Upon arriving, she inadvertently becomes a hero by landing her house on the Wicked Witch of the East, which leads to her being celebrated by the Munchkins. Guided by the good witch Glinda, Dorothy is advised to follow the yellow brick road to reach the Emerald City, where she believes the Wizard of Oz can help her return home. Along the way, she befriends three companions: the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, and the Cowardly Lion, each of whom is on a quest to find something that they believe they lack—intelligence, compassion, and courage, respectively.
