Nursing Considerations

• Do not administer concurrently with MAOI or grapefruit juice • May lead to dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, and weakness • Patient may experience chest pain, palpitations, tachycardia • Instruct patient to take as directed • Instruct patient to avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants
