S. Venkatesh shares that the first step is to learn meditation. The second part consists of two things - first, being aware - understanding what drives your actions, understanding your reactions and realizing what's driving everything you do; second - is to act with the right motivation - and not just on reflex or societal pressure. You need to let the right action emerge from the right motivation. Further, he also shares how you can bring mindfulness in a situation where you have resentment with your work.
