Even Pete Thamel doesn't think there will be a big punishment for Michigan

Rival fans have long adopted a mantra of 'the hammer is coming down' as it pertains to Michigan football and the Connor Stalions saga. Yet, after he dropped yet another leak, ESPN reporter Pete Thamel pushed back on his own reporting in a way, stating that he didn't believe much punishment was due to the Wolverines as a result of this NCAA investigation.

We get into that, before further parsing into the Sunday report and the NOA draft leaked by the NCAA. There are a few details we've gotten more word on and are able to clear up a bit.
