Electropop artist LAUV joins Dr. Mike Friedman on the Going There podcast to discuss how he uses the concept of “finding the light” to improve his mental health and emotional well-being.

The How I'm Feeling singer talks about how sometimes as we build our life, we forget to take the time to check in with ourselves to see how we are feeling. The more we bypass that process of checking in with ourselves, the more we become afraid of stillness.
