In today’s episode, Becket looks at the 50th anniversary of the wildly popular children’s album, “Free to Be Me and You,” by Marlo Thomas. Released in 1972, we see how this album indoctrinated a generation with its feminist undertones, and helped pit men and women against each other, leading to all sorts of societal (and church) ills: divorce, broken families, anxiety, depression, and so on. Becket uncovers the link of this album to today’s gender madness. It’s surprising how a seemingly innocent children’s album could wreak so much havoc.
