In today’s episode, we have the pleasure to interview Dr. JC Doornick, author of Makes Sense: Rewire Your Mind and Transform Your Life.

Dr. JC is a health transformation coach, speaker, podcast host, and former Doctor of Chiropractic who spent 17 years helping patients heal physically while becoming increasingly fascinated by the neuroscience of the brain, behavior, and lasting transformation. He’s worked with everyone from professional athletes and CEOs to families and humanitarian causes around the world, and today his mission is helping people change the way they see themselves so they can change the way they live.

In this episode, you’ll learn how your mind may be running on old programming you didn’t choose, why awareness is the first step to real transformation, and how to stop reacting from old patterns so you can start responding with intention. We also talk about identity, healing, and what it really means to rewire your mind so your life can begin to make sense.

Enjoy this incredible conversation with Dr. JC Doornick.
