In this seminar Philip Pettit (Laurence S. Rockefeller University Professor of Politics and Human Values, Princeton University; Distinguished University Professor of Philosophy, Australian National University) addresses some of the details and complexities of Thomas Hobbes's distinctive account of the social contract.
