In this episode I have one of my favorite marketing discussions to date with fellow podcaster Bradley Flowers.  We talk about the lesser known tactics for mortgage & real estate professionals to focus their marketing efforts on – including a unique LinkedIn strategy, the re-emergence of blogs, and of course podcasting.

Bradley Flowers is a nationally recognized Insurance Agency Owner & Marketing Enthusiast. He runs the day to day operations at Portal Insurance in Mobile, Alabama, which specializes in shortening the home buying process as it relates to insurance.  Although he is a part of the insurance industry, Bradley’s first love is marketing, with 98% of his new business coming from social media. In 2019 Portal Insurance was named the "Agency for the Future" by Safeco Insurance for the Southeast United States.

Bradley is the co-host of the “Insurance Guys Podcast” a marketing podcast that is arguably the #1 podcast in the insurance industry which has featured guests like Gary Vaynerchuk and others.
